Who we are
Ercolano Homes is comprised of a father and a son: Frank and Nick Ercolano.
With everything we’ve done, we’ve always prided ourselves on quality service. We follow a timeless rule: giving of yourself to others wholeheartedly returns dividends, both professionally and personally. So when we say you grace us with your presence, we mean it!
At Ercolano Homes, we meticulously choose each property ourselves. We personally decorate and style each home to reflect its unique location, ensuring your stay is not only clean and safe but also enjoyable to be in.
Why we started Ercolano Homes
We were staying in a short term rental in Miami, FL, and from our balcony, we had a stunning view of the surrounding skyscrapers and the water. However, we quickly realized that our rental was lifeless compared to the view. It was just a white box with four walls, seemingly rented out by hosts looking to make a quick buck.
We then discovered that the entire building was full of other rentals. Curiously, we searched for other listings in the same building and found that they all looked the same: lifeless, cold boxes designed to churn guests in and out. Expanding our search to cities like Dallas, Los Angeles, Scottsdale, and others, we found that the entire industry was plagued with listings reflecting hosts’ lack of concern for their guests' experience. As the industry grows, it seems hosts believe they can get away with lower-quality stays, but guests won’t tolerate that.
Where’s the personal touch? We're not looking to dominate the market; we aim to maintain a higher standard of quality with a strong focus on exceptional guest service for our clients. Caring for your guests isn't difficult. This is what you can expect at an Ercolano Home.
