Booking and Reservations

  • You can book direct with us on our website. We also list our homes on third party sites.

  • For direct bookings: For any new reservation, you can cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund. However, this does not apply if you book the day before check-in.

    For bookings via third party: Reservations made on third-party sites like Airbnb or Vrbo: To get a full refund, guests need to cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.

    If you cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, you will receive 50% of the payment for all nights.

    For cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before check-in, you'll be paid 50% for all nights.

    For cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in, you'll receive 100% of the payment for all nights.

  • Extensions are based on availability. For bookings via a third party, contact us through that platform. For direct bookings, Contact Us.

    Extensions must be approved by our staff. If extensions are not approved, you must checkout by 4pm on the last day of your original booking.

Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-in is at 4PM and check-out is at 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request.

  • Thorough check-in instruction, including access codes or key pickup details, will be provided in your booking confirmation House Manual. All of our homes are equipped with access codes, which can be found in your booking confirmation House Manual, on the platform in which you booked with us, or in your booking confirmation email, if you booked directly with us.

Property Details

  • Whether you're booking with us for leisure or business, all of our homes are fully furnished and equipped with essential amenities. Additionally, we go above and beyond by providing complimentary starter supplies, such as a variety of coffee, cookware, and bathroom soaps, among many other items. We do not believe in a "minimalist" design, where we leave you stranded in four walls and a roof.

  • There is Wi-Fi at all our homes and is free to use. Check your booking confirmation for the password to get online.

  • Pet policies vary by home. Refer to the individual listing for details regarding pets.

  • We also make sure parking is accessible at each of our homes. Check the listing for detailed information about parking.

During Your Stay

  • Please contact us immediately through the platform you used to book with us, or our contact information on our website if you booked direct. Our business is built on over-servicing you, so if you reach out to us, we will get back to you quickly to resolve any issues.

  • Additional cleaning services can be arranged for an extra fee. Please contact us to schedule.

  • Our properties typically include essentials like toiletries, kitchenware, linens, and towels. We also stock our homes with starter supplies. After all, we’re here for the experience.

Policies and Procedures

  • Specific house rules are outlined in the listing. Please review them before booking. Our rules are in place for the betterment of our neighbors and our guests. If you have any questions, reach out to us!

  • Events and parties are never allowed at any of our homes.

  • We prioritize your safety and comfort by adhering to our company’s enhanced cleaning protocols (Read our Cleaning Policy here). We vet our cleaning staff, and our team thoroughly sanitizes each property between stays, focusing on high-touch surfaces like door handles, light switches, and remote controls. We use EPA-approved disinfectants and provide clean linens and towels for every guest. Additionally, our homes are stocked with hand sanitizers and cleaning supplies for your convenience.

Payment and Fees

  • If booked through a third party, payments are processed through that platform, which accepts major credit cards. The same goes if you booked directly with us: we accept all major credit cards.

  • Additional fees include cleaning fees, local occupancy taxes, which are determined by the county in which the home is in. These fees are detailed for full transparency in the listing and during the booking process.

  • Discounts for long-term stays are always available. Check the listing or contact us for more information.
